FACE

Skip your foundation entirely and make use of concealer to cover any imperfections. It not only does the job, but it’ll also cut down your make-up routine significantly. No brush is needed – just use your fingertips to apply the concealer over any under-eye circles, dark spots or scars. Finish off by setting your concealer with a little translucent powder.

CHEEKS

Contouring powder is the best way to define your features. Use an angled blush brush to apply colour to the apples of your cheeks. If you’ve accidentally forgotten to pack your blusher, just use a pink or peach lipstick as an alternative.

BROWS

When there’s little or no time to sculpt out a good pair of Instagram brows, bring out the brow gel! A pigmented brow gel mascara will help shape, define and fill any gaps between your brow hairs, giving you fuller and bolder brows on the go. Remember, always follow the natural line of your browbone – don’t draw eyebrows above or below this line.

EYES

Shimmer eyeshadows add instant glamour without being too over-the-top. Simply blend a champagne or rose-gold colour over your lids, then apply dark brown to the outer corners to create a soft, smoky-eye effect. Next, add black kohl liner to your lower lash line and finish with coats of mascara — there’s seriously no such thing as too much mascara!

LIPS

Liquid lipsticks are not only incredibly easy to apply, but they also provide intense colour that won’t budge even after snacks and cocktails! A light layer of lip balm will help extend the wear of your lipstick even more.

FINISHING TOUCHES
