Get maximum mileage from your sarong and turn it into an outfit – or three or five… Follow these steps for eye-catching style from the beach to the street.
1. CHIC CAPE

Best with a medium-length rectangular sarong. Holding the sarong vertically behind you, drape the top ends over your shoulders
and pull down to waist height. Now pinch the sides of the sarong and tie to each end to form billowy sleeves. Adjust over your shoulders.
2. OPEN-FRONT HALTER DRESS

Best with a medium or long rectangular sarong. Hold the sarong behind you and bring it forward under your arms. Take the ends and tie a knot at your chest, leaving enough to then tie another knot behind your neck.
3. CROP TOP

Best with a square sarong. Fold the sarong into a triangle and hold behind you with the point facing down. Holding the two ends, drape it over your shoulders and cross each end over your chest. Double tie at the back and tuck the ends in under the knot.
4. HAREM- PANTS JUMPSUIT

Best with a long rectangular sarong. Holding the sarong vertically in front of you, wrap the top ends over your chest and under your arms and make a double knot behind your back. Pull the bottom edge of the sarong through your legs and holding the two ends, pull up to your waist and tie in the front with another double knot.
5. ONE-SHOULDER DRESS

Best with a medium or long rectangular sarong. Holding the sarong vertically under one arm, bring the two ends over the opposite shoulder and tie a double knot. Gather the two edges at the waist and tie another double knot.
