It’s time for burger night! Here are three delicious recipes to suit everyone’s taste buds – best of all, each recipe is super easy!

What you’ll need for the beef burger:
- 2 cups beef mince
- ½ finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- Pinch of salt
Mix well and shape then fry in oil until golden brown on both sides.
What you’ll need for the black bean burger:
- 1 tin black beans
- 1 cup diced and sautéed mushrooms
- 2 tbsp of chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp sliced spring onion
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 cloves minced garlic
Mix well and shape then fry in oil until golden brown on both sides.
What you’ll need for the chicken burger
- Chicken
- The juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp ground coriander
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp paprika
- Pinch of salt
Heat a little vegetable oil in a griddle pan over high heat and fry until golden brown on both sides. Lower the heat and cook for a further 3-5 minutes on both sides until cooked through.
Serve on a roll with your choice of toppings.
