Ever wonder how The Rock is so ripped? With a busy workout schedule, Dwayne must be savvy with his workout time. ‘The key to my training is efficiency — I do a lot of circuit training and supersets. One to two body parts a day,’ the actor told Muscle and Fitness magazine.
