1. Breakfast: Tortilla wrap hack
This is the delicious breakfast hack that popped up on everyone’s For You Pages – and it’s so easy to make! Alexandra Johnsson, the woman behind the simplefood4u TikTok account, posted her take on the wrap hack and exploded to 59 million views – and we can see why.
“I love that it’s so easy, and you can make it in so many different ways. I always have a tortilla leftover in the freezer from making tacos; it defrosts in no time, and you can use whatever’s at home to fill it with. I’ve made one with avocados, bacon, jalapeno cheese, mozzarella, tomatoes, red onions, and deep-fried chicken. I also made a hamburger version with a burger patty, cheese, caramelised onion, bacon, and truffle mayo,” she explains.
2. Lunch: Baked feta pasta
Using five ingredients and an oven, this recipe results in one irresistibly gooey and delicious comfort meal. The Finnish food blogger Jenni Häyrinen posted this recipe in 2021, and it took the app by storm. This quick pasta dish is comforting and super easy to make. It’s the perfect dish to devour on a cool and cosy day at home.
