Method

  1. Cook the pasta as per the packet instructions, drain and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. In a food processor, blend the feta, half the rocket, avocado, lemon juice, cucumber, pesto and salt.
  3. Toss the sauce with the pasta. Top with the remaining rocket, tomatoes, chicken and pine nuts.

Method

  1. Mix the chicken, Bovril mixture, vinegar, garlic, spring onion and sesame seeds. Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the chicken for 6-8 minutes, until it’s cooked through.
  3. Divide the rice, avo, carrots, radishes and cucumber between your bowls. Top with the chicken and serve.
