Method

  1. Combine peanut butter, oat flour,vanillaessence and syrup. 
  2. Linea 18x28cmbaking tin and press peanut mixture evenly into the base. 
  3. For topping, melt peanutbutter and chocolate over a double boiler, stir until smooth. Pour mixture onto peanut base and sprinkle with sea salt flakes. 
  4. Refrigerate until set,about 20 minutes.
  5. Remove and use a hotknife to slice into3cm squares. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
