Moreish braai waffles
Try out these moreish braai waffles with the kids for a sweet treat after your fireside feast!
Moreish braai waffles
- COOKING TIME: 20mins
- SERVES: 6-8
Ingredients

8 round store-bought waffles -
2 cups mini marshmallows -
1/2 packet (40g) eet-sum-mor biscuits, crumbled -
2 cups strawberries, cut into eighths -
80g white chocolate, melted
Method
1. Leave your fire to burn until it reaches a low heat, where the remaining coals are glowing.
2. Place waffles in between a clean braai grid, grill until lightly charred and golden. Place on a serving platter.
3. For the marshmallows, thread a couple onto a skewer with space in between, toast until lightly charred. Remove and dot onto the waffles, repeating with the remaining marshmallows.
4. Serve waffles topped with strawberries, biscuit crumbs, and a drizzle of melted white chocolate.
