How to carve a chicken

Carving a chicken is not only a good skill to have, it also helps to save money and of course, impress guests!
Find out how to carve a chicken in just a few easy steps – just in time for the festive season!

How to do it:
- Carve the thigh and drumstick
- Slice at the bottom end of each breast
- Cut through the cartilage
- Remove the top part of the breast with the wing attached
- Separate the thigh and drumsticks
- Serve with roasted potatoes and spoon the pan juices over
- Add herbs for garnish, season and enjoy!
