Marvellous muffins made three tasty ways

Filling and super easy to make, muffins are fuss free and can be whipped up to suit your taste. We’ve got three delicious recipes for you to try.

What you’ll need for the base batter:
- 2 cups of flour
- ½ a cup of milk powder
- 1 cup of water
- 2 eggs
Mix the ingredients well and set aside.
What you’ll need for vegetarian delight muffins:
- 1 cup of shredded baby spinach
- ½ a cup of crumbled feta cheese
Add these to a third of the batter, mix well and set aside.
What you’ll need for savoury savor muffins:
- 1 cup of grated cheddar
- ½ a cup of crispy bacon
- ¼ a cup of halved baby tomatoes
Add these to another third of the batter, mix well and set aside.
What you’ll need for fruity burst muffins:
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 cup of quartered strawberries
Add these to the last third of the batter and mix well.
Pop your batters into a lined muffin tray and place in a preheated oven of 180°C for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Enjoy with a freshly brewed cup of tea!
