CELEBRATION OF OUR STARS COMPETITION May/June 2019

1. By entering this competition, entrants agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the competition.
2. The entrant acknowledges that he/she has been given enough time to read these terms and conditions.
3. Only participants, who enter the Jet Club Celebration of Our Stars website competition and submit their details on the competition form will be deemed eligible to win.
4. You can enter as many times as you like on the Jet Club website.
5. The competition will run from 31 May 2019 until midnight on 2 June 2019. Any entries received after the expiry date of the competition period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
6. This competition is open to residents of South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland and Namibia only.
7. Prizes on offer are 15 (fifteen) Jet Gift Cards to the value of R1, 000.00 (one hundred thousand rands) each in relation to South African club members, P1, 000.00 (one thousand Pula) each in relation to Botswana club members, E1, 000.00 (one thousand Emalangeni) each in relation to Swaziland club members, M1, 000.00 (one thousand Maluti) in relation to Lesotho club members and N$1, 000.00 (one thousand Namibian Dollars) in relation to Namibian club members.
8. Entrants must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older to enter this competition.
9. The entrant needs to be an active Jet Account holder and Jet Club member in order to win.
10. All entries will be entered into a random draw to select the winners.
11. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that his or her details are correct. Edcon will not be held liable in any way relating to incorrect information provided.
12. The winners will be announced within 1 (one) month from the last day of the competition.
13. The winners will be contacted telephonically or via email and will receive their prizes by post.
14. Prize delivery by post will be within 6 (six) and 8 (eight) weeks from being dispatched.
15. If a selected winner is not successfully contactable within 7 (seven) working days from the time of draw, Edcon reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
16. Once contacted, the winners will be announced on the Jet Club website, once consent has been given.
17. Winners will be required to consent or decline to participate in any marketing activity or have their image or name used by Edcon in any way.
18. Anyone choosing not to have their names/ stories published will forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn.
19. Any information disclosed by entrants will only be used to contact the entrant, should they be selected as a winner.
20. Winners may not win a Jet Club Facebook competition more than once in a 90 (ninety) day period. Any winners drawn who have won in the last 90 (ninety) days will be disqualified from the competition and another winner will be drawn.
21. Edcon shall not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the winning participants when entering the competition.
22. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.
23. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This promotion is not open to employees, directors, members, partners, agents or consultants of Edcon Limited ('Edcon'), the sponsor of the prizes, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, media and PR agencies, or the family members, consultants, directors and associates of such organisations and persons.
24. Sponsoring parties are not liable or responsible for any or all losses, rights, claims and actions in connection with, or resulting from, participating in the competition or accepting the prizes.
25. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern these Terms and Conditions and participants agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
