NIVEA FACEBOOK COMPETITION 19 November 2018

1. By entering this competition, entrants agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the competition.

2. The entrant acknowledges that he/she has been given enough time to read these terms and conditions.

3. Only participants who enter Jet Club’s Nivea Facebook competition and comment on the competition post with their favourite Nivea product, will be entered into the draw.

4. You can enter as many times as you like, but entrants can only win once.

5. The competition will run from 13:00 on 19 November 2018 until midnight 2 December 2018. Any entry received after the expiry of the competition period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

6. The competition is open to individuals residing in South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana and Namibia.

7. The prizes on offer are 5 (five) Jet Gift Cards to the value of R1, 000.00 (one thousand Rands) in relation to South Africa, P1, 000.00 (one thousand Pula) in relation to Botswana, E1, 000.00 (one thousand Emalangeni) in relation to Swaziland, M1, 000.00 (one thousand Maluti) in relation to Lesotho and N$1, 000.00 (one thousand Namibian Dollars) in relation to Namibia.

8. Entrants must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older to enter this competition.

9. All entries will be entered into a random draw to select the winners.

10.It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that his or her details are correct. Edcon will not be held liable in any way relating to incorrect information provided.

11.The winners will be announced within 1 (one) month from the last day of the competition.

12.The winners will be contacted via Facebook messenger. Winners will then be contacted telephonically or via email and will receive their prizes by post.

13.Prize delivery by post will be within 6 (six) and 8 (eight) weeks from being dispatched.

14.If a selected winner is not successfully contactable within 7 (seven) working days from the time of draw, Edcon reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

15.Once contacted, the winners will be announced on the Jet Club Facebook page, once consent has been given.

16.By entering this competition, participants agreed to abide by the rules and conditions of the competition, and also consent to participate in any marketing activity or to have their image or name used by Edcon.

17.Anyone choosing not to have their names/ stories published will forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn.

18.Any information disclosed by entrants will only be used to contact the entrant, should they be selected as a winner.

19.Winners may not win a Jet Club Facebook competition more than once in a 90 (ninety) day period. Any winners drawn who have won in the last 90 (ninety) days will be disqualified from the competition and another winner will be drawn.

20.Edcon shall not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the winning participants when entering the competition.

21.The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.

22.The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This promotion is not open to employees, directors, members, partners, agents or consultants of Edcon Limited ('Edcon'), the sponsor of the prizes, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, media and PR agencies, or the family members, consultants, directors and associates of such organisations and persons.

23.Sponsoring parties are not liable or responsible for any or all losses, rights, claims and actions in connection with, or resulting from, participating in the competition or accepting the prizes.
