In the unlikely event that you or a family member experience a traumatic event like rape, hijacking, child abuse, death or suicide of a close family member, an armed robbery or assault, domestic violence or a kidnapping or abduction, you can contact our emergency call centre for assistance.
HELP
- Our trauma helpline, where qualified counsellors take your call, is open any time day or night.
- We can arrange emergency transport to the nearest, most suitable medical facility.
- Cover for assault includes 5 000.00 per insured person and up to 10 000.00 per family per incident for treatment of physical injuries.
- Cover for trauma includes 5 000.00 per insured person and up to 10 000.00 per family per incident for psychological consultations.
