HOW TO MAKE HOT CROSS BUN PUDDING


Who doesn’t love a delicious, warm pudding? Add hot cross buns to the recipe and you’ve got a guaranteed winner. 


This mouth-watering dessert will instantly become a family favourite thanks to its gooey texture and sweet taste. The best part is that it only takes 30 minutes to bake and is so easy, even your kids could make it!

Ingredients:
  • 6 hot cross buns
  • 2 eggs
  • Butter to spread onto buns
  • 1 Cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ Cup sugar
  • 125ml milk

How to make it:
  1. Half the hot cross buns and spread butter on the insides
  2. Sprinkle chocolate chips on half of the buttered buns
  3. Use the other half to close the bun
  4. Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl
  5. Add milk to the mixture and mix well
  6. Grease an ovenproof dish and place the hot cross buns inside
  7. Pour the egg mixture over and sprinkle chocolate chips on top
  8. Bake in a 180°C preheated oven for 30 minutes
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
