EASY 2-INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE CAKE


If you love delicious desserts, but hate the fuss of baking, this two-ingredient chocolate cake was made for you!


Treating yourself or your family to a yummy treat has never been easier. Grab the eggs, pick your favourite slab of chocolate and you’re halfway to creating this mouthwatering chocolate cake that everyone will love.

What you’ll need:
  • 3 eggs
  • 250g slab of chocolate

How to do it:
  1. Crack 3 eggs into a small bowl
  2. Gently remove the egg yolks
  3. Whisk the egg whites until soft peaks have formed
  4. Melt the chocolate
  5. Stir in the 3 egg yolks
  6. Stir in half the egg whites
  7. Gently fold in the rest of the whites until well combined
  8. Pour into a greased cake tin or silicone mould
  9. Place in a preheated oven of 180°C and bake for 30-35 minutes
  10. Serve with ice cream, dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
