4-INGREDIENT CHEESE ROLLS


Simple recipe with great results? Yes please! These dinner rolls are so easy to make and can be used as a delicious side or the main course.


Light, fluffy and tasty, this cheese roll recipe is a great option when you need to prepare a meal fast.

What you’ll need:
  • 2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp salt

How to do it:
  1. Add milk to self-raising flour and salt.
  2. Add mayonnaise and combine well.
  3. Place spoonfuls into a lightly greased muffin tray and top with cheese.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven of 200°C until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Leave to cool and serve with your favourite fillings.

Top tips:
Top Tip: Insert a toothpick to test if your rolls are done. If the toothpick comes out clean, they’re ready!
