DINEO LANGA
Any style list wouldn’t be complete without presenter, actress, singer and designer Dineo Langa. It’s no surprise that Dineo and her partner, singer Solo, won Most Stylish Couple at the 2017 SA Style Awards.
In 2020, the pair launched their fashion line Port of LNG, to create traditional African wedding ensembles. “We came up with the idea after we battled to find his-and-hers wedding guest ensembles. We decided to jump into the design and textile business right there,” the actress recalled to Balanced Life magazine. Now, the fashion line includes tailored high-end streetware.
NANDI MADIDA
The TV host, singer, designer and former Jet Club cover star Nandi Madida never fails to turn heads with her glamourous style. From chic streetwear to getting glammed up for award-shows and parties, Nandi effortlessly switches up her style for any occasion.
“At my 30th birthday party, Minnie Dlamini reminded me that when I was 14 [or] 15 I was selling T-shirts. She also reminded me that I said I’d showcase at New York Fashion Week,” she told The Juice about loving fashion from a young age.
SHO MAJOZI
Multi-coloured braids and her bold outfits are just a part of why we love singer Sho Majozi’s style. You can’t compare the “John Cena” singer’s bold style to anyone else’s.
“I am not a typical pop star. I will not like the things that most people like. I am highly distrusting of consumerism and a certain kind of flashiness of lifestyle. I am done pretending to be those things. This body of work reflects my love for honesty, African history, and the empowerment of young women,” the style icon told Sunday Times.

BOITY THULO
Whether she’s in sneakers or poised in ballgowns on the red carpet, TV personality and rapper Boity Thulo is our fashion idol. It only takes one look at her Instagram profile to see that her outfits are effortlessly chic – making her a fashion icon.
In 2016, Boity collaborated with Sissy Boy to create a capsule collection showcasing her style. Boity gushed about how special the project was to her, saying that she chose garments designed to build confidence and embrace a women’s curves. All the more reason we love her style!

We are obsessed with actress, model and businesswoman Ayanda Thabethe’s simplistic and elegant style. The Quick Face Beauty co-founder and soon-to-be mom of two always finds new ways to style her baby bump and show off her classy and edgy maternity wear. With such a fashionable mom, those lucky babies will surely inherit her impeccable fashion sense.
