WIN 1 of 3 Barbie hampers - Terms & Conditions

1. By entering this competition, entrants agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the competition.

2. The entrant acknowledges that he/she has been given enough time to read these terms and conditions.

3. This competition is open to all residents of South Africa.

4. Only entrants, who enter the competition on Jet Club’s Facebook page by commenting on the Facebook video, will be entered into the competition.

5. The question, “What does your daughter want to be when she grows up?” must be answered on the Facebook page.

6. You can enter as many times as you like, but entrants can only win once.

7. The competition will run from 20 September 2019 until 2 October 2019 at midnight. Any entry received after the expiry of the competition period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

8. The prizes on offer are 3 (three) Barbie hampers to the value of R1 000.00 (one thousand Rands) each. Each hamper has a different theme.

You can be a chef themed hamper:
· 1x chef doll
· 1x baking mixer
· 1x aluminium bottle
· 1x kitchen set
· 1x book set with chef hat
· 1x microwave
· 1x coffee maker

You can be a musician themed hamper:
· 1x singer doll
· 1x keyboard
· 1x electronic guitar
· 1x microphone

You can be a ballerina themed hamper:
· 1x ballerina doll
· 1x ballerina slipper set
· 1x backpack
· 1x ballerina set
· 1x Ballet set
· 1x Tiara and earrings set
· 1x Foil puzzle

9. Entrants must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older to enter this competition.

10. All entries will be entered into a random draw to select the winners.

11. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that his or her details are correct. Edcon will not be held liable in any way relating to incorrect information provided.

12. The winners will be announced within 1 (one) month from the last day of the competition.

13. The winners will be contacted telephonically or via email and will receive their prizes by post.

14. Prize delivery by post will be within 6 (six) and 8 (eight) weeks from being dispatched.

15. If a selected winner is not successfully contactable within 7 (seven) working days from the time of draw, Edcon reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

16. Once contacted, the winners will be announced on the Jet Club website (www.jetclub.co.za), once consent has been given.

17. Winner will be required to consent or decline to participate in any marketing activity or have their image or name used by Edcon in any way.

18. Anyone choosing not to have their names/ stories published will forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn.

19. Any information disclosed by entrants will only be used to contact the entrant, should they be selected as a winner. Edgars will not provide your personal data to any other third parties, unless there is a legal obligation to do so or you have consented thereto.

20. Winner may not win a Jet Club Facebook competition more than once in a 90 (ninety) day period. Any winner drawn who have won in the last 90 (ninety) days will be disqualified from the competition and another winner will be drawn.

21. Edcon shall not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the winning participants when entering the competition.

22. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.

23. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This promotion is not open to employees, directors, members, partners, agents or consultants of Edcon Limited ('Edcon'), the sponsor of the prizes, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, media and PR agencies, or the family members, consultants, directors and associates of such organisations and persons.

24. Sponsoring parties are not liable or responsible for any or all losses, rights, claims and actions in connection with, or resulting from, participating in the competition or accepting the prizes.

25. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern these Terms and Conditions and participants agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
