1. This promotional competition is organised by Foschini Retail Group (Pty) Ltd (registration number 1988/007302/07) (“TFG”) a subsidiary of The Foschini Group Limited. Jet is a trading division of Foschini Retail Group (Pty) Ltd

2. In these rules, “Promoter” means a person who directly or indirectly promotes, sponsors, organises or conducts the promotional competition, or for whose benefit the promotional competition is promoted, sponsored, organised or conducted.

3. In these rules, “Promoter” means a person who directly or indirectly promotes, sponsors, organises or conducts the promotional competition, or for whose benefit the promotional competition is promoted, sponsored, organised or conducted, which includes TFG. No director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to the Promoter or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter, their advertising agencies, or their spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, sisters, business partners or associates, may enter this promotional competition. This also applies to a person who is a supplier of goods or services in connection with this promotional competition.

4. By entering this competition, entrants agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the competition.

5. The entrant acknowledges that he/she has been given enough time to read these terms and conditions.

6. This competition is open to all residents of South Africa only.

7. Only entrants, who enter the competition on Jet Club’s Facebook or Instagram page by following the instructions, will be entered into the competition.

8. You can enter as many times as you like, but entrants can only win once.

9. The competition will run from 15 February until 22 February 2021 at midnight. Any entry received after the expiry of the competition period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

10. The prizes on offer is 2 (two) African Extracts hampers to the value of R900 each (Nine Hundred Rands). The hampers contain the following products:
1 (one) x Radiance moisture mask
1 (one) x Radiance SPF20 moisturising illuminator
1 (one) x Advantage SPF15 intensive day cream
1 (one) x Advantage daily repair facial oil
1 (one) x Advantage dual action exfoliating mask

11. Entrants must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older to enter this competition.

12. All entries will be entered into a random draw to select the winners.

13. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that his or her details are correct. TFG will not be held liable in any way relating to incorrect information provided.

14. The winners will be announced within 1 (one) month from the last day of the competition.

15. The winners will be contacted telephonically or via email and will receive their prizes by post.

16. Prize delivery by post will be within 6 (six) and 8 (eight) weeks from being dispatched.

17. If a selected winner is not successfully contactable within 7 (seven) working days from the time of draw, TFG reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

18. Once contacted, the winners will be announced on the Jet Club website (www.jetclub.co.za), once consent has been given.

19. Winners will be required to consent or decline to participate in any marketing activity or have their image or name used by TFG in any way.

20. Any information disclosed by entrants will only be used to contact the entrant, should they be selected as a winner.

21. Winners may not win a Jet Club competition more than once in a 90 (ninety) day period. Any winners drawn who have won in the last 90 (ninety) days will be disqualified from the competition and another winner will be drawn.

22. TFG shall not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the winning participants when entering the competition.

23. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.

24. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

25. Sponsoring parties are not liable or responsible for any or all losses, rights, claims and actions in connection with, or resulting from, participating in the competition or accepting the prizes.

26. The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern these Terms and Conditions and participants agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
