Viennas, mushrooms, cheese
Ingredients
3 large eggs
½ cup chopped mushrooms
½ cup sliced viennas
½ cup cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chopped chives
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt for seasoning
How to make it:
- Crack 3 eggs into a large mug
- Add your mushrooms, sliced viennas, cheddar cheese, chives and parsley.
- Then season with salt and mix
- Place the mug into the microwave for 5-8 minutes and enjoy!
Mixed peppers, ham, sage
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup diced mixed peppers
½ cup diced ham
1 tbsp chopped sage
Salt for seasoning
How to make it:
- Crack 2 eggs into a mixing bowl
- Add your diced mixed peppers, ham, chopped sage and salt
- Mix well and pour into 2 mugs
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes and enjoy!
Margherita omelette
Ingredients
3 eggs
½ cup chopped tomatoes
½ cup ricotta cheese
Pinch of origanum
Small handful of basil leaves
¼ cup grated pecorino cheese
Salt and pepper for seasoning
How to make it
- Crack 3 eggs into a mixing bowl
- Add chopped tomatoes, ricotta cheese, origanum, basil leaves and pecorino cheese
- Mix well and pour into 3 mugs
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes
- Season with salt and black pepper and enjoy!
