HOW TO CARVE A CHICKEN

How to do it:
  1. Carve the thigh and drumstick
  2. Slice at the bottom end of each breast
  3. Cut through the cartilage
  4. Remove the top part of the breast with the wing attached
  5. Separate the thigh and drumsticks
  6. Serve with roasted potatoes and spoon the pan juices over
  7. Add herbs for garnish, season and enjoy!
