Rise and shine with these egg-cellent breakfast dishes. Whether you’re a sweet tooth or love all things savoury, make all your breakfast dreams come two with these two yummy dishes.

TRADITIONAL TURKISH EGGS WITH YOGHURT AND PAPRIKA
Serves
4 // Cooking time 15 minutes



INGREDIENTS
300ml plain yoghurt
Salt and pepper
3 Tbsp butter
1 tsp smoked paprika
4 eggs, poached
Handful dill, chopped

METHOD
1. Season the yoghurt with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Heat the butter in a small pan over low. Add the paprika and cook until fragrant.
3. Divide the yoghurt between 4 bowls. Add an egg to each bowl, drizzle with paprika butter and sprinkle with fresh dill.

SWEET EGG WRAPS WITH CINNAMON AND STRAWBERRY JAM
Serves 6 // Cooking time 10 minutes


INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
6 wraps
2 tbsp butter
½ cup strawberry jam
2 tbsp cinnamon sugar

METHOD
1. Whisk the eggs, salt and vanilla essence together. Dunk each wrap into the mixture until covered.
2. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Place a wrap in the pan and spoon some jam down the centre. Fold in half.
3. Fry the wrap until each side is golden brown and the egg is cooked. Remove from the pan and immediately sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Repeat with the remaining wraps.
