SPRINGTIME SNACK BOARD


If its springtime, its snack time, especially on relaxed afternoons by the pool or on the couch. A snackboard is a great way to satisfy your cravings in one easy, stylish go. It’s great for when you’re hosting too. Here’s how to create an eye-pleasing one that delivers on all the right flavours.


What you’ll need for the snack board:
  • Gouda cheese
  • White cheddar cheese
  • White rock with cranberries cheese
  • Feta cheese
  • Peanuts and raisins mix
  • Nut mix
  • Fruit, such as apples, strawberries and/or grapes
  • Provitas
  • Crackers

Method:
  1. Dice your gouda cheese into equal squares and cut your cheddar cheese block and feta round into halves
  2. Fill a small serving bowl with your peanuts and raisins mix
  3. Slice your fruit (where necessary, for examples for apples and strawberries)
  4. Assemble your board by placing the various cheese types around the board. Fill the spaces with the peanuts and raisins mix bow, fruit and provitas and crackers.
  5. Once you’re happy with the layout, sprinkle your nut mix over the board
  6. Serve and enjoy
